Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products offered by Acebau on the website www.acebaudesign.com. By placing an order, you fully accept these T&Cs.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are accurately described on each product page. Acebau reserves the right to modify its product selection at any time.

3. Orders
An order becomes final once the payment has been confirmed. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the key details (products, total amount, shipping address).

4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Acebau reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable prices will be those in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the site. All payment information is processed securely.

6. Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Shipping fees may apply and will be clearly indicated before payment.

Please note: Acebau cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

7. Returns & exchanges
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify your decision. Items must be returned in their original condition (including packaging, instructions, and accessories). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

8. Warranty and liability
Acebau guarantees that all products conform to their descriptions. If a product is defective or not as ordered, we commit to offering an exchange or refund within 30 days.

Acebau cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products or use for unintended purposes.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Acebau and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

10. Personal data

11. Force majeure
Acebau shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, you may contact our customer service. If no amicable solution is found, French courts will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the T&Cs
Acebau reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The conditions in effect at the time of your order will apply.
