Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with full packaging (including accessories, tags, instructions, etc.).
A proof of purchase (or your order number) is required.

To start a return, email me at contact@acebaudesign.com.
The return address will be provided once your request is approved.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo.
We’ll find a solution quickly.

Non-returnable items

Some products can't be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Discounted or sale items

• Gift cards
